Preparing for the Funeral Service
Menorah Chapels at Millburn has been serving the Jewish Community for almost four decades. We were first established by Herbert Ross (of blessed memory) and Rudolph H. Kindel in 1975. Menorah’s purpose is to serve the Jewish Community and provide a dignified Jewish burial for every faction of the Jewish Community. We are the only strictly Jewish Funeral Home in Union County that maintains our own building. We do not share our facilities with any other funeral home.
Today, Menorah is run by Herb’s daughter, Karen Ross Kerstein and Rudolph H. Kindel, one of the founding partners, is the Manager at Menorah Chapels. Our staff is completely trained in all aspects of the Jewish Funeral. We can provide guidance in selecting the funeral that meets your needs religiously, financially and with sensitivity.
Since our founding, the guiding principle of Menorah Chapels at Millburn has been the commitment to treating each family who comes to us as our own. With sincerity, pride, and dedication, we are committed to this time-honored tradition.
Since our founding, our reputation for providing the highest quality of service has grown, and today we are privileged to serve hundreds of area families each year.
In recent years, we’ve gathered together a staff of highly-qualified and deeply caring individuals to assist us in continuing the funeral home’s mission of providing excellence in funeral services to families in their time of need.
Whether you have an immediate need for our services or you wish to begin pre-planning a funeral arrangement for you or someone you love, call us. We will be proud to serve you.
